Student Spotlight: Youngest Player Max Shines at Nationals

We’re proud to share that Max, an OAC student, recently competed at the National Championships in Ballarat as part of the South Australian Ivor Burge men’s basketball team.
As the youngest player in the competition, Max delivered an outstanding performance, averaging 18 points per game. While the team narrowly missed out on gold, they achieved a fantastic result, bringing home a silver medal.
A fantastic achievement and a great opportunity to compete at a national level—well done, Max. We’re proud to recognise this accomplishment as a school community.
